| The Junkers Ju.
160 is a single-engined, high-performance commercial monoplane in
service on the express routes of Deutsche Luft Hansa. It carries a
crew of two and has accommodation for six passengers, the latter seated
in three pairs, the front pair facing aft and the others forward.
The Ju. 160 has a retractable undercarriage and is of all-metal construction
with smooth sheet metal covering. It is fitted with a 650 h.p. B.M.W.
"Hornet" engine and weighs, fully loaded 7,710 lbs. It has
a cruising speed of 186 m.p.h. |
