Cant Z. 506
The Cant Z. 506 is a three-engined float seaplane built by the Cantieri Riuniti dell'Adriatico to the order of Ala Littoria for services in the Adriatic, principally between Trieste and Brindisi. It is of all-wood construction except for the floats, which are of duraluim. There are two passenger cabins each seating six, separated by the entrance vestibule and lavatory. The Z. 506 is fitted with three Piaggio "Stella X. RII" engines, which give it a cruising speed of 161 m.p.h. Its loaded weight is 19,800 lbs.
