| The Heston Phoenix is a five-seater, high-wing, cabin monoplane, with retractable undercarriage. A single 200 h.p. Gipsy Six engine drives either a fixed or variable pitch air-screw, giving a cruising speed of 125 or 135 m.p.h. accordingly. Petrol is carried in two tanks in the wings, thus permitting smoking in the cabin. Seating accommodation is arranged in pairs front and rear, with the fifth seat in the centre. |
