Shipwreck! While uncertain, this would appear to be in the area below the La Moye Headland in the vicinity of La Corbiere Lighthouse. Prior to modern navigation aids this area claimed many casualties. It is not unknown, even up to the present time for the unwary or foolhardy to suffer similar fates to the vessel depicted above.
